Change



Well, I've started exercising again. I took the plunge about a week ago and I've only gone one day without doing anything. My goal is 20 minutes a day. So far, so good.

The hardest part is that initial 'plunge'! Congrats, it is hard.

Hope you haven't had any more snakes visit... That would freak me out.

Thanks! I got those shoes for about $10 on sale at Payless. They are sooo comfortable!

Hold up...snakes? WTH! Did I miss something? Anyway, Good luck on the exercise program. Hit those weights and your body will love you for it! You can do it, girlie! I'm one of those crazy fitness freaks... I love love love to work out!

I absolutely NEVER loved to workout. But I did manage to do a WHOLE FREAKIN' LOT OF IT when I was in college. I have a theory: at the time, my desire to keep my weight down was stronger than my desire to not sweat. Now? Totally reversed longings.
